Kari App User Agreement

Welcome to Kari, an innovative application designed to enhance your experience and provide convenient services. By using Kari (the "App"), you agree to comply with the following User Agreement (the "Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions stated herein, you should not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the Kari App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. Kari reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the App after any modifications to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description Kari provides users with a variety of features and services, including AI Conversational Robot. The App is available for download and use on compatible devices and may include additional services or functionalities as updated by the App’s development team from time to time.

3. Account Registration To use certain features of the App, you may need to create a user account. By registering an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at kariteam2024@outlook.com.

4. User Responsibilities You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. You shall not engage in any activities that:

• Violate any applicable local, state, or international law;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or any related services;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems or other users' accounts;
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior;
• Upload, distribute, or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful content through the App.

5. Privacy and Data Collection Kari respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. The App collects and processes data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Kari. Kari is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. By using these third-party services, you agree to abide by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of Kari or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without prior written permission from Kari.

8. Termination of Use Kari reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without cause, at any time and without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Kari at kariteam2024@outlook.com. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted according to the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including any damages resulting from loss of data or interruptions in service.

10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

12. Miscellaneous

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kari regarding the use of the App.
• If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
• Kari’s failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not waive its right to enforce the provision in the future.
